Vertical layers for shooting from above
Other layered targets use horizontal layers which work just fine until you want to practice from a
tree stand. That's why you want to use vertical layers. When shot from above, the arrows still slide between layers instead
of puncturing down through the layers. The result is a target that lasts longer and gives you more shooting options.
